At Organic Me Honey Bees - Natural Skincare, everything is made in small batches with care and intention. Because our products are personal and handcrafted, we’re not able to accept returns on items that have been opened or used—but we truly want you to have a great experience with us.

If Something Isn’t Right

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not quite right, please reach out within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll always do our best to make it right.

Refunds & Replacements

If your request is approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement product

  • Store credit

  • A refund to your original payment method

  • Together we will choose the best option depending on the situation.

A Few Things to Note

  • We’re unable to accept returns on opened or used products for hygiene reasons

  • Sale items are final sale

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Shipping Issues

Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, delays or delivery issues are unfortunately out of our control. That said, if something goes wrong, reach out—we’re always happy to help where we can.
